About
An independent trade publication for community development finance
CDFI Report covers the institutions, people and policy that move capital into underserved communities — certified CDFIs, community development banks and credit unions, loan funds, venture funds, and the public and private funders behind them.
We write for practitioners: executives setting strategy, loan officers underwriting deals, policy staff tracking Treasury and Congress, and the funders and consultants who work alongside them. Our standard is accuracy, clear sourcing, and coverage that is useful on Monday morning.
Editorial independence
CDFI Report is editorially independent. Coverage decisions are made by the editor alone, and every factual claim is attributed to a named source. Sponsorships, where offered, are clearly labeled and never influence coverage.
